This legal notice applies to the entire contents of this website under the domain name http://roomstolet.com.au (Website) and any correspondence by email between us and you.  Please read the terms carefully before using this website using this website indicates that you accept these terms. This website(including all its contents) is the property of and is operated by Rooms to let pty ltd (RTL) registered in Australia (ACN............) PO Box 576 Altona, Melbourne, Australia.

1.Introduction

You are invited to use Hotels online platform on this website because your hotel or property (Hotel) has agreed to supply accommodation to Room to let pty ltd for resale.  Such agreement to supply shall henceforth known as the accommodation contract in this legal notice, “you”, “your”, “yours”, means the person authorised to use the hotel online platform on behalf of your hotel.  Rooms to let’s reservation and purchase of accommodation from you is governed by the accommodation contract. You will be able to access your Hotels online account in order for you to perform (at your discretion) any or all of the following actions:

(a).confirm, reject or acknowledge bookings, cancellations, amendments and additional requests;

(b). View rooming lists;

(c). Increase or decrease your room rates;

(d). Increase your room allocations;

(e). maintain information relating to your hotel.

RTL will inform you if RTL decides to additional action to the websites functionality from time to time.

RTL is not a real estate agency we are a Hotel online reservation platform.

2. SERVICE ACCESS

2.1 While RTL endeavour to ensure the website is normally available 24 hours a day, access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in case of system failure, maintenance or repair for reasons beyond RTL’s control.

3. USAGE

3.1 The actions performed by you, including all changes or modifications that you make to the accommodation information,  facilities, descriptions, room rates, and availability of rooms, shall operate as a verification of the accommodation contract, which will take effect upon you clicking on the confirm button.

3.2 You warrant that all information you transmit to the website shall be up-to-date, truthful and accurate to the best of knowledge and that you will update such information on a regular basis. RTL shall be entitled to rely on the information transmitted by you and you shall indemnify RTL for any loss which it incurs as a result of relying on that information.

3.3 Information relating to room allocations and net rates shall be kept confidential by RTL.  All other information transmitted to this website shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. RTL shall have no obligations with respect to such material.

3.4 You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this website any material:

(a) that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience or

(b) For which you have not obtained all necessary license and/or approval; or

(c) which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law or infringe the rights of third party, in Australia or any other country in the world; or

(d) Which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software).

3.5 You may not misuse the website (including, without limitation, by hacking)

3.6 RTL shall fully cooperate with any lay enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing RTL to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material.

4.1 You have been issued with a web id, a user id, and a password which provides access to our platform. You agree that:

a.You are the sole and exclusive owner of your user id and password.

b.You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of the account and your user id.

c.We may rely on all data and communication’s given or entered by you or anyone else using your user ID and password and your hotel will be bound to honour all actions.

4.2 Provided you have sufficient authority on your user profile, you may authorise others to use your hotels online account by adding additional users through the hotels online facility, or by completing and sending RTL authorisation form. By authorising others to use your account, you warrant that these individuals have the authority to perform actions on behalf of your hotel. It is your responsibility to remove these individuals from your hotels online account when they are no longer authorised to use the account.

5.  Disclaimer

5.1 While RTL endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is correct, RTL does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the information on this website.  RTL may make changes to the material on this site and at any time without any notice. The material on this site may be out of date, and RTL makes no commitment to update such material.

5.2 The material on this website is provided “as is”, without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind.
